Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy
Returns
Return Request:
- Log in to www.toysofcpt.com and initiate a return request for damaged, defective, or not as described items.
- The item will be picked up from your doorstep.
- Once the seller receives the original item, a Replacement item is shipped or a full refund is issued.
- The free gift (if any) is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
- A return can be created at the item level, and for multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.
Return Not Possible Scenarios:
- Return request made outside the specified time frame.
- Product damaged due to use or not in the same condition as received.
- Consumable item used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Fragile items, hygiene-related items.
Refunds Scenarios:
- Seller cannot provide a replacement/item out of stock.
- Buyer protection ruling in your favor.
- Returns allowed on select categories under certain conditions.
Turn Around Time (TAT):
- In most cases, we deliver the replacement while arranging pickup.
- In a few cases, pickup is arranged earliest, and the replacement is shipped upon receiving the item.
- If pickup is not possible in certain areas, you can ship the product through another courier, and shipping charges will be reimbursed.
- Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with the Seller. If not available, the Seller will refund the amount.
If Refund Not Received:
- If you've received a confirmation mail, rest assured we've initiated the refund request.
- Contact us in case of delays.
Miscellaneous:
- If the seller declines a replacement and you're unconvinced, write to us at contact@toysofcpt.com.
- Dispute can be filed 45 days from the date of delivery. CHANNAPATNA TOYS mediates buyer-seller disputes.
- CHANNAPATNA TOYS Buyer Protection aims to assist Buyers when the Seller cannot provide a resolution, and the Buyer is unconvinced.
- Buyers and Sellers are subject to final consent from CHANNAPATNA TOYS for dispute settlement.
Canceling the Return Request:
- Call us to cancel the return request; reject the replacement if already dispatched.
Not Applicable for Return Products:
- Even if eligible for return, it may not be applicable for return pick-up due to logistics cost. In such cases, the seller issues a full/partial refund or replacement.
Cancellations
Cancellation Request:
- Cancel your order on the 'My Orders' page before shipping.
- Entire order amount refunded.
- Once shipped, cancellation not possible.
Turn Around Time (TAT):
- 1-2 business days to cancel the order.
- 7-10 business days for banks to process the refund.
Modes of Refund after Cancellation:
- Refund to Source: Money refunded to the original payment mode/account.
